Driving the Dalton Highway is one of the most incredible experiences of a lifetime. The rustic road leads through gorgeous landscape and into isolated parts of the world only few dare to explore.
But these conditions along the Dalton Highway also lead to some pretty serious consequences.
In this episode we find ourselves broken down on the side of the Dalton Highway. While we were adequately prepared for a breakdown such as this, getting out of the situation was an entirely different matter.
At the end of the experience we carried with us the memories of such a wonderful start to our drive from Alaska to Argentina. And we also carried about 50 pounds of dirt from the highway!
Cheers to Prudhoe Bay... and never going back!
