CHINA 中國\\ SHANGHAI SELF-GUIDED TOUR & AMAZING EATS // VLOG #81

We didn't get Shanghai'd but we're sure glad we're here. This city surprises and amazes at every turn. We wander the Old City of Shanghai and the Ancient City of Shanghai. We see folks practicing Tai Chi and you know Kate can't resist exploring a Shanghai supermarket. The architecture, both old and new, takes our breath away. We find a 250 year old Tea House during an impromptu tour of Shanghai with a local named Chen (who also happens to sell pearls and jewelry...no we don't buy anything). Now this may surprise you, but we also find an amazing and giant meal after checking out one of Shanghai's awesome parks. This whole city is just beautiful and is organized and easy to navigate. We also brave the Shanghai Metro and we find it so easy and cheap to use that it's a solid go to for transportation around Shanghai. To close out the week we sample a few more local offerings. 中國
