Getting Lots of Things Planted | I Bought All of my Favorite Plants! Heliconias | Saturday Vlog
In this week's vlog, I started off my week by going to lowes and buying an entire rack of my favorite plants! Unfortunately I did not film actually being there, but I was in and out, ya'll didn't miss anything. I had planned on spending the week planting these heliconias, also called False of Paradise, but the forecast switched up and it was predicated to get really hot by the end of the week, so I changed gears and decided to focus on planting bulbs, tubers and rhizomes plus a ton of shade annuals. While all of this was going on, I also spent some time testing the Aquajoe telescoping sprinkler I bought while shopping at Sam's Club. I like it a lot, but I want to use it more before giving a full review. I managed to get all of the dahlias planted from the dahlia unboxing video, a lot of caladiums from proven winners and the Debutante caladium as well. Finally I figured it would be a good idea to get my impatiens planted since they had been sitting in small packs all season and i knew it would be hard to keep them hydrated in those flats when it got into the triple digits. In the shade spot I also planted a hardy perennial begonia from plant delights nursery and an alocasia. I found a link for the sprinkler on Amazon, I'll add it to the list below.
