Gen. Robert Spalding explains how China uses unrestricted warfare techniques in the financial sector to hold money hostage. He explains that under the CCP, any money sent in to China can be nearly impossible to retrieve, because the "People's Bank of China is only one that can convert" currency—a standard which he says should mean that China is not allowed to be a part of the international financial system, yet China gets a special pass for.
