On Dec.9, 2021, China's national TV station reported that the Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Market Supervision had opened a case against a Beauty and Hair company with annual revenues of 314 million USD.
If this company fails to withstand the investigation and ends up closing down, it may be the first company in China to go out of business because of sycophancy.
