Why do I choose to eat roadkill deer (deer that are hit by cars)? That is a question that many people have for me from my year of growing and foraging 100% of my food.
In summary: It is a sustainable source of food, it is abundant in many regions, it is free, and it is a resource that would otherwise go to waste. In this video I share the details about why I choose to do this.
