How to Make KHAO SOI

Global Pandemic Vlogging at its finest! In order to revisit our favorite Thai curry, I enlist Caroline's help to make: KHAO SOI. This was a FAV-OR-ITE dish in Chiang Mai so we HAD to make the attempt. I've never made curry from scratch in my LIFE, so we did the research, bought all the ingredients, and even purchased a mortar and pestle. This curry was LEGIT.
