Designing New Borders || What Shall I Plant & Where? 🌸🌸🌸

Now that I have reshaped the lawn, I have many new borders to fill ... but with no design in mind, and no new plants ... as yet!

So I am spending today just going round seeing what I have already that I can divide and transplant.

I don’t want to go out and buy lots of new plants already flowering in Spring ... I need to plant for year long interest so I have to reign myself in and have a bit more patience.

Does any gardener have patience?🤣

Lots of the plants I’ve placed today have been planted, dug up and repositioned. And I cannot tell you how many times the stepping stones have been moved. Just got to get it right!

It’s all good fun though and I am just delighted to have all this wonderful new space to work with.
