
Shocking! Australian citizenship rights NOT covered by the law (2021)
Imagine this: you had to travel overseas to attend a family funeral, or for medical reasons or for some other unavoidable reason. Then within weeks, the country you are in is ravaged by a deadly epidemic, with 400,000 infections daily and death toll at almost 4,000 each day, yet you are told you cannot come home; you are stranded…
Well this is India. Currently, there are 9,000 Australians stranded in India and our Constitution is silent on the rights of Australian citizens, especially on our rights to return to Australia.
