Burek Recipe (Makes About 12 Rolls)
Dough:
-500g flour
-2-3 tbsp salt
-350ml warm water
-1-2 tbsp (sunflower) oil
Filling (Meat):
-500g ground/minced meat (beef)
-1 big onion
-salt
-pepper
Vegetarian Filling (sirnica)
-200g cottage cheese
-200g sour cream
-200g lowfat card cheese or feta cheese
-1 egg
-1tbsp salt
Additional ingredients:
-350ml of water
-2-3 tbsp salt or "Vegeta"
