My name is Lyu Na. Today i stand here to call for stopping the persecution of Falun Gong.

On the morning of July 11, 2022, my sister Lyu Wei and her husband Fu Minhua who live in China, were kidnapped from home by the police from Harbin Public Security Bureau, Heilongjiang Province just because they practice Falun Gong.

My sister Lyu Wei used to be a high school teacher in Harbin. This is the 4th time that my sister has been arrested because for practicing Falun Gong.

The first time was in October 1999, she was detained for 2 months.

The second time was in December 2000. She was detained for 1 year.

The third time was in 2007. She was detained for one month and dismissed by the school.

The CCP’s persecution of Falun Gong is illegal. Those who are responsible for the persecution of my sister and her husband are:

- Wang Guohui, director of the Public Security of Nangang District, Harbin City;

- Wen Hongyu, Secretary of the Politics and Law Committee;

- Zheng Baoming, Director of Railway Public Security Bureau;

- Wang Yun, Director of Baojian Road Police Station;

-Fang Yang, Derector of Liaoyuan Police Station;

-Wang Jiwei, Deputy Director of Liaoyuan Police Station ; and

-Sun Tiesong ,Guo Shengrui and Huang Ao, Policemen of Baojian Road Police Station .

My sister Lyu Wei is only one of hundreds of thousands of Falun Gong practitioners who have been, and are being persecuted in China. As a Falun Gong practitioner, I hope the American government and all kind people will help us to stop the persecution and to see all Falun Gong practitioners in China released.
