About this space
Custom built tiny house located on Cedar creek, directly off of route one with Hot tub access.. 10 minutes from Delaware Turf and 15 minutes from the beach area. Tiny home comfortably sleeps four people, you can squeeze five- six if you have an airbed! Waterfront view from the tiny house. We live on the property and are happy to help with your entire stay! We are contractor and long term rental friendly :) we also welcome Families with children or pets :)

The space
We have (Marissa & Zack) have custom built this tiny house to be very unique.. the main sleeping area is loft style with a queen bed which has a sunlight above the bed so you can gaze at the stars at night.. I've gone with a modern modern / rustic vibe for the interior design There is a pull out sofa bed in the the living room for extra guest :)

Our kitchen is compact but holds all things you need including a stove, refrigerator, farmhouse sink and small table.

The Bathroom is simplistic with a walk in shower.

We have a hot tub that we offer to our guest which is a shared space!

As guest your more then welcome to enjoy fishing on the creek, or reading a book on your deck we've built!
