Welcome back to the farm....join me in some peaceful moments on the farm. Watch a beautiful moonrise and let’s forage for some nettle. I show how I dry my nettles to use in a herbal tea. I will also be preparing some food for the baby chickens and you will see how much they’ve grown in a week. I’ll end the day with a nice cup of herbal tea, all the while sharing about the use and benefits of nettle.

*****I’m no expert. I give my opinion based upon my own experience and on what I learn from others. You should be very careful when using herbs and I advise you to always do some research on how they interact with conventional chronic medications and what there side effects are.
