While there, he touted some of the investments secured between the United States and the United Arab Emirates, including a project to build an AI data center in Abu Dhabi. The project is expected to expand the global footprint of U.S. tech companies and help the UAE expand its oil-based economy to the tech sector.
In the latest on the Russia–Ukraine negotiations, U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio says the only way to break the deadlock is through a face-to-face meeting between Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin. Rubio also announced that NATO members are set to agree on a historic defense spending goal by its 2025 summit in June.
The Supreme Court is weighing in on a major case on birthright citizenship and whether judges can block policies nationwide. Trump’s order would end automatic citizenship for children born in the United States to illegal immigrants and temporary visitors.
