Isaac Ilyich Levitan

Isaac Ilyich Levitan (August 30, 1860 – August 4, 1900) was a famous Russian landscape painter of Jewish origin. With masterpieces such as Golden Autumn and Birch Forest, Levitan is considered one of the most famous Russian painters of the late 19th century.
