Donation Terms and Conditions

Thank you for supporting Gan Jing World. Ganjingworld Corporation is not a 501(c)3 organization. Financial contributions or donations made to Ganjingworld Corporation are not tax deductible. Your donations will be used to further our mission to create a truly positive, vibrant, and censorship-free digital community filled with wholesome content.
Make a Donation
You can make a donation using Gan Jing World’s third-party payment processor, Stripe www.stripe.com (hereafter “Stripe”). When you make a donation, you agree to the amount listed for the donation and, if selected, the frequency of recurring donations. In addition, you agree that any donation you make is irrevocable, made without the expectation or consideration of any remuneration or benefit, and that we will use your donation at our own discretion.
By setting recurring donations, you agree that you are authorizing recurring payments and that payments will be made by the selected payment method until you cancel the applicable donation plan. Your payment information will be automatically processed at the start of each donation period that you have selected. If your payment information is declined, you will be notified, and you can update payment information for your Gan Jing World donation.
Cancellations & Refunds
One-time donations are processed immediately and cannot be changed or refunded once made. Recurring donations can be canceled or updated at least 24 hours before the next payment. You may cancel, renew, or update payment information via Stripe, which can be accessed via the Gan Jing World website within “Subscriptions & Purchases” once you have logged into www.ganjingworld.com.
Privacy Policy
Any personal and payment data that you provide in connection with your donation will be processed in accordance with the Gan Jing World Privacy Policy.
Exclusive Jurisdiction and Choice of Law
Any disputes arising from your donation shall be governed by the laws, and be resolved or adjudicated, in accordance with the relevant terms set out in the Terms of Use.
In case of any discrepancy between the English version and the Chinese translation for this Donation Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

捐助乾淨世界
您可以使用乾淨世界的第三方付款服務商Stripe（www.stripe.com - 以下簡稱「Stripe」）進行捐助。當您進行捐助時，您確定已明白並同意（i）捐贈所列金額以及定期捐助的頻率。此外，您同意您的任何捐助皆是不可撤銷、無條件和不設退款的，您的捐款將由我們決定如何使用。
如果您設置了定期捐助，您確定已明白並同意您正在授權定期捐助，而捐助將通過您選擇的付款方式進行，直到您取消相應的捐助計劃為止。您的付款信息將在每個捐助週期開始時自動處理。如果您的付款信息被拒絕，請提供新的付款信息。
取消與退款
一次性捐助将獲立即处理，一旦付款完成，便无法更改或退款。定期捐助可以在下一次捐助前至少24小时取消或更新。您可以通过Stripe取消捐助、重新開始捐助、或更新付款信息，請登入www.ganjingworld.com后，前往訂閱與購買（Subscriptions & Purchases）欄目。
隱私政策
您在捐助過程中提供的任何個人資料和付款信息，將按照乾淨世界隱私政策進行處理。
專屬管轄權和適用法律
任何因捐助而產生的爭議皆以法律為依歸，並根據乾淨世界使用條款中的相關條款進行解決或裁決。
