Was the Trinity really a later Christian invention, or were its roots already present inside ancient Jewish Scripture and interpretation?

In this video, we investigate the ancient Jewish idea later called “Two Powers in Heaven” — a mysterious pattern in the Hebrew Bible where Yahweh appears both enthroned in heaven and visibly active on earth through the Angel of the Lord, the divine Name, the Word, and the Son of Man in Daniel 7.

From Genesis 19 to Exodus 23 to Daniel 7, the building blocks were already there. The earliest Christians did not invent these categories. They claimed Jesus fulfilled them.

So why did later rabbinic Judaism treat this idea as dangerous? And what does this reveal about Jesus’ divine identity?
