Easter Dinner 2025

Easter Sunday
Me and Neil cooked dinner for mum, Auntie Joan and Uncle Mick, and Auntie Janet.

We had slow cooked pork braised in apple, leek and onion cooked in butter with cabbage, cauliflower cheese and New potatoes followed by apple, raspberry and rhubarb crumble and custard.

Then me, Auntie Janet and Auntie Joan watched some Shen Yun videos from Shen Yun Zuo Pin. Neil had a kip.
