Cheng Ying’s wife hugs her deceased child in tremendous pain, while women in white, an embodiment of death, came close with lanterns in hand. In despair, the miserable mother ends her own life and disappears into the white veils.

Cheng Ying shuttled back and forth looking for his wife and his child. However, he lost his way in the fog as the family is now separated forever.

这幕根据人死后走向天国的民间传说，将舞台再次转换到虚拟世界。
妻子怀抱婴孩痛不欲生，白衣女子手持长明灯缓缓而来，在绝望中妻子自杀身亡，堙没在一片白色帐幔中。

程婴在长明灯中穿梭寻找，舞台上亦真亦幻，似水似烟，他再也找不回来时的路，一家三口就此永隔。
