A Kent man who was in custody for his alleged role in home-invasion robberies targeting Asian families is now charged with murder for allegedly killing a driver in Federal Way last month.

Court documents say Alhusaine Drammeh, 18, and his accomplice, Jonathan Montejano, 19, fatally shot a man they were attempting to carjack in the parking lot of the O’Reilly Auto Parts store at 32411 Pacific Highway South on Oct. 25.

A Federal Way police report said the victim, Robert Blowe III, attempted to defend himself with a gun during the carjacking, but was fatally shot by Drammeh and Montejano.
