Looking for an easy cookie dough recipe that you can use to make tons of different cookies with, then this is the one for you. The dough is made with simple ingredients and all you have to do is add in things like gingerbread spice or cacao powder to turn it into a different cookie flavor. The cookies in the video are just some examples of what you can do with this dough. 

Ingredients: 
250 g flour 
125 g cornstarch 
100 g sugar 
250 g soft butter
3 egg yolks 
2 tsp vanilla essence 
Add ins: 
2 tbsp cacao powder
1 tbsp gingerbread spice 
1 tsp molasses 
Toppings: 
Raspberry jam 
Apricot jam 
chocolate spread 
icing 
sprinkles
