The Hong Kong 4Trails is an extreme 298km endurance challenge covering the MacLehose, Wilson, Hong Kong, and Lantau trails with 14,500m of elevation. Participants must be entirely self-supported, battling severe sleep deprivation, hallucinations, and physical collapse. While \"finishers\" must complete the course under 60 hours, the event serves as a profound test of mental resilience and personal evolution.
