The K-8 Mountaineering Club of Alberta is a community for Filipino-Canadians that bridges the gap between immigrant experiences and the Canadian Rockies. Beyond technical climbing and summiting peaks, the club focuses on \"familyhood,\" cultural preservation, and providing a mental escape from the hardships of immigrant labor through shared passion and resilience.
