At least one person was killed in Tel Aviv following the Iranian attack towards Israel on Friday night. According to Associated Press the man in his 60s was pronounced dead late Friday, after suffering severe injuries, Israel’s emergency service, Magen David Adom, said. Speaking from the scene while paramedics removed the body that was lying on the sidewalk, the spokesman of the police, Dean Elsdunne, said the area was hit by cluster munition launched from Iran. Other people were mildly to moderately wounded in another area in central Israel, and taken by ambulance to hospitals. An Associated Press journalist reported numerous ambulances in Tel Aviv and loud explosions. Israel’s Fire and Rescue Service said it was responding to 11 different impact sites across the Tel Aviv metro area.
