The beach is a great teacher and I didn't realize how much I've learned until I made a huge mistake. I would have preferred to have not deleted the footage, however, I am pretty happy to discover I have learned to be nice to myself! I don't know why this is such a hard lesson, but it was one I've needed to learn for a long time.
