The football season is officially over.  I haven't gotten the chance to workout with the boys very much at all because they workout at the school with the football team.  They have a little break from football workouts so we got a chance to do a chest workout together in the new home gym.  We do a little strength test to see where they are at the end of the season.  At the time we did not realize they would be maxing out with the team in a few days (bench press being on the 1st day).  I posted their school bench press maxes at the end of the video. 

The goal stays the same...Bigger, Stronger, Faster.  Progress is made and Progress will continue!
