The Georgia Court of Appeals agreed to review the ruling a lower court judge made that allowed Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis to stay on the high-profile case against former President Donald Trump.

Willis could stay as the prosecutor of the Trump case so long as she took a special prosecutor Nathan Wade off the case to avoid the appearance of impropriety, Georgia Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee ruled back in March.

“Upon consideration of the Application for Interlocutory Appeal, it is ordered that it be hereby GRANTED. The appellant may file a Note of Appeal within 10 days of the date of this order,” reads the May 8 order.
