The weather is turning summery and the general mood is more optimistic – reason enough to celebrate (while maintaining necessary caution). Pizza party soup adds a culinary highlight to any celebration. It's not only delicious, but it also fills up a large group!

Ingredients for approx. 15 servings:

* 1.5 kg beef or mixed minced meat
* 150 g diced ham or salami
* 2 onions
* 2 cloves of garlic
* 150 g tomato paste
* 2 each of red, green, and yellow bell peppers
* 2 cans of mushrooms or 400 g fresh mushrooms
* 2 packs of cream cheese, 200 g each
* 1 cup cream or 200 g cooking cream/crème fraîche
* 1 cup sour cream
* 2 tbsp fresh herbs, or frozen herbs
* Salt and pepper
* 1 tsp smoked paprika, or a mixture of sweet paprika and rose paprika
* Chili powder or cayenne pepper
* 1 bottle of gypsy sauce
* ½ bottle of barbecue sauce
* 1½ packs of ketchup, 500 g each
* A little water or broth, optional
