Gan Jing Campus Teacher Training Program Receives Official Approval from Argentina's Santiago del Estero Ministry of Education

The Ministry of Education of Santiago del Estero Province, Argentina, has officially approved an international teacher training program focused on Gan Jing Campus —an educational platform that promotes healthy content, responsible digital citizenship, and learning environments free from violent content and addictive algorithms.

At a time when digital technologies play an increasingly significant role in the daily lives of children and teenagers, education faces a growing challenge: how to harness the opportunities offered by technology while preserving the ethical, emotional, and social development of younger generations.

Against this backdrop, the Ministry of Education, Science, and Technology of Santiago del Estero has officially approved the International Teacher Workshop, "Teaching Values in the Digital Age: Gan Jing Campus as an Educational Resource for Positive School Climate." The program is designed for educators at various educational levels and aims to strengthen digital competencies while promoting the responsible use of online environments.

The initiative was submitted by ADUNSE, the Teachers' Association of the National University of Santiago del Estero, in partnership with Gan Jing World volunteer ambassadors. It received formal approval through a resolution issued by the General Directorate of Educational Planning, an office within the Ministry of Education, Science, and Technology of Santiago del Estero.

The training program will be delivered in a hybrid format, combining in-person and online instruction, and will be open to educators working in preschool, primary, secondary, and non-university higher education. Its purpose is to provide innovative teaching tools for addressing one of today’s most pressing educational questions: how to teach values in an increasingly digital culture.

A Shared Challenge for Families and Educational Institutions

Much of today’s social interaction, information access, and learning happens online.  While new technologies offer tremendous opportunities, concerns have also emerged regarding children’s and teenagers’ exposure to violent, sexualized, or otherwise harmful content, as well as the impact of algorithms engineered to keep users hooked.

These issues have pushed educators, families, and institutions to seek alternatives that help young people develop healthier, more mindful, and safer technology habits.

The approved program addresses this need directly.  Its guiding principle is that twenty-first-century education should extend beyond the transmission of academic knowledge and also contribute to the development of responsible citizens who can act ethically in both the physical and digital worlds.

What Is Gan Jing World?

A core part of the training introduces Gan Jing World and its education-focused Gan Jing Campus platform.

Gan Jing World is an international digital platform focused on entertainment, education, and content creation. It stands out for its commitment to fostering a healthier online environment. According to its founding principles, the platform excludes violent, pornographic, and other harmful content that may negatively affect the development of children and teenagers, while promoting universal values such as respect, empathy, kindness, integrity, and responsibility.

Educators and families are also drawn to its no-addictive-algorithms approach and its decision not to monetize through personal data exploitation.

At a time when many parents worry about excessive screen time and inappropriate content, Gan Jing World offers a positive alternative.

Gan Jing Campus: A Platform Designed for Education

Within this digital ecosystem is Gan Jing Campus, a platform specifically created for educational use.

The platform enables educators and institutions to create educational channels, publish content, share instructional materials, and develop learning experiences within a safe and controlled environment.

The Ministry-approved training program aims to familiarize educators with these tools, help them learn how to use them effectively, and explore their potential applications across different educational settings. Planned topics include the creation of educational channels, the production of digital learning materials, and discussions on digital citizenship, school climate, and values-based education.

The platform is experiencing rapid growth worldwide, and an increasing number of educators and institutions are incorporating it into their teaching practices:

Ultimately, the program invites a bigger conversation: What kind of digital spaces do we want for the next generation?

This project’s answer is clear — environments that nurture learning, creativity, and connection through respect, integrity, empathy, and responsibility, helping young people use technology to build a healthier, safer, and more humane society.
