Gan Jing World Paid Service Terms of Service

Gan Jing World enables access to certain premium features or content in exchange for one-time or recurring fees, as applicable to the relevant features (each a “Paid Service”). The Paid Services include content rentals and purchases, content subscriptions, paid subscriptions (GJW Premium Individual, Premium Business, Premium GJW+), channel memberships, and other services that Gan Jing World may offer.

Your use of the Paid Services and any corresponding transactions are subject to these Paid Service Terms of Service, the Paid Service Usage Rules, Gan Jing World Terms of Use, Community Guidelines, and all policies incorporated therein. These documents together shall be collectively referred to as the “Terms.”

Please read the Terms in full, in addition to any Additional Terms that apply to the particular Paid Service(s) you are using, carefully and make sure you understand them. By using or accessing a Paid Service(s) from Gan Jing World, submitting payment and/or clicking on a button to make a one-time purchase or recurring subscription payment for the Paid Service, you agree to be bound by the Terms. If you do not understand the Terms or do not accept any part of them, you may not use the Paid Services. Each time you order a Paid Service (including when you order a subscription or an item of content), you will enter into a separate contract with us for that particular Paid Service and will be asked to accept the Paid Service Terms again.

These Terms do not replace the Terms of Use which continue to apply. In the event of conflict between these Paid Service Terms of Service and the Terms of Use, the Paid Service Terms of Service should prevail.

1. Accessing Paid Services

Age Requirements: The age requirements in the Gan Jing World Terms of Use also apply to your use of the Paid Services. To purchase and use a Paid Service, you must: (i) be at least 18 years old or the age of majority as determined by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you live or (ii) have the express consent of your parent or guardian to purchase and use that Paid Service. If you are a parent or legal guardian of a child and you allow the child to purchase or use a Paid Service, you agree that the Terms apply to you, that you will abide by the Terms, and that you are responsible for the child’s activity on the Paid Services and for ensuring that the child also abides by the Terms.

By accessing or using a Paid Service on behalf of a business or entity, you agree that you have the authority to agree to and enter into these Terms on the business or entity’s behalf, and your business or entity is legally and financially responsible for your access to or use of the Paid Service.

Device Requirements and Usage Limits: Some of our Paid Services may require you to use a device that meets the system and compatibility requirements for that Paid Service, which may change from time to time. There may also be limits on your access or use of the different Paid Services on Gan Jing World (e.g., applicable viewing periods and device limitations). Please see the Paid Service Usage Rules for more information.

Geographic Restrictions: The Paid Services and certain content available within the Paid Services may only be available in certain countries. You agree that you will provide accurate and complete information about your residence and will not misrepresent your country of residence. You further agree that you will not attempt to bypass any restrictions on access to or availability of the Paid Services or content available within the Paid Services.

Data Privacy: Gan Jing World Privacy Policy explains how your personal data is treated and protected when using Paid Services. Please read the Privacy Policy carefully.

2. Payment

Payment: Gan Jing World offers various payment options that may vary by Paid Service, your device and/or operating system, your geographic location, or other factors. These payment options include web payment using Gan Jing World’s third-party payment processor, Stripe (www.stripe.com - hereafter “Stripe”). In some cases, you may transact with a third-party or affiliate platform when you purchase a Paid Service (e.g., another platform like Apple or Google Play). In these cases, the platform will charge your payment method and be responsible for managing any issues with your payment, including refunds.

You must have a valid, accepted payment method on file in order to purchase Paid Services, or to participate in no-cost trial offers or other no-cost offers related to the Paid Services. You agree to pay for any Paid Service that you order. When you make a payment, you explicitly agree (i) to pay the price listed for the Paid Service, along with any additional amounts relating to applicable taxes, credit card fees, bank fees, foreign transaction fees, foreign exchange fees, and currency fluctuations; and (ii) to abide by any relevant terms of service, privacy policies, or other legal agreements or restrictions (including additional age restrictions) in connection with your payment method.

If you purchase any automatically renewing Paid Service subscription, you agree that Gan Jing World will charge the payment method on file on the first day of each billing period for the subscription. If you pay through an electronic cash payments (for example, debit card), (a) you authorize Gan Jing World to process regularly scheduled charges, on a recurring basis, to your designated payment method for the applicable amounts for the relevant Paid Service (which may vary based on applicable sales tax); (b) you agree that Gan Jing World will only provide you with notice of a change of the payment amount if such change is due to any reason other than variance in sales tax, bank processing fees, or currency exchange fees; and (c) you understand that, as an electronic funds transfer, these funds may be withdrawn as soon as the applicable transaction date(s). If any payment for a Paid Service cannot be completed via your designated payment method, you authorize Gan Jing World and/or its service provider to collect the payment (and any fees associated with such failed payment) from your designated payment method or any other payment method you have saved to your payments profile. You will not dispute Gan Jing World’s recurring scheduled transactions with your bank, provided the transactions correspond to these payment terms. If Gan Jing World is unable to charge you for a Paid Service, you may not be able to access the applicable Paid Service until you update your payment method(s). Where possible, we will provide you with notice when this happens. If you fail to update your payment method(s) within a reasonable amount of time following that notice, Gan Jing World may cancel or suspend your access to the Paid Service.

You may change your designated payment method at any time to another accepted form of payment, provided that if you wish to use a new payment method for an upcoming payment, you must designate the new form of payment at least one day prior to your next scheduled billing date. For clarity, if you pay with a debit card today, you may pay by another method, including credit card, at a later time. You may revoke this authorization with respect to a given payment method at any time by removing the relevant payment method from your account.

Gan Jing World will not be responsible or liable for any errors made or delays by a payment processor, Apple’s App Store or the Google Play Store, your bank, your credit card company, and/or any payment network.

Free Trials, Discounts and Pre-Orders: Gan Jing World may offer free trials for a Paid Service to subscribers from time to time. If you purchase a subscription to a Paid Service that includes a trial, you will receive access to that Paid Service for the duration of the trial period. At the end of the trial period, you will be automatically charged the price of the subscription and will continue to be charged until you cancel your subscription. To avoid any charges, you must cancel your subscription before the end of the trial period.

Gan Jing World may, from time to time, offer discounts on purchases or subscriptions (e.g. a GJW Premium family plan). Additional terms and conditions, including eligibility criteria, may apply to such plans and any such additional terms will be made available to you prior to purchase.

Gan Jing World may offer the ability to pre-order certain items of content that are available within the Paid Services. When you place a pre-order, unless otherwise noted at the time, your payment method will not be charged until the date when the relevant item of content is made available to you. You can cancel a pre-order at any time up to the point at which the relevant item of content is made available. In some cases, Gan Jing World may need to cancel a pre-order you have placed, in which case we will notify you.

Taxes and fees: You agree to pay any applicable taxes, duties, tariffs, and fees related to the purchase of Paid Services, including those required to be paid to either Gan Jing World or a third-party payment processor, such as VAT, GST, sales tax, withholding tax, and any other applicable taxes. Depending on your location, Gan Jing World may be required by law to collect and report information related to transaction taxes arising from your purchase of Paid Services. You grant Gan Jing World permission to provide your account and personal information to relevant tax authorities to fulfill our tax collection and reporting obligations.

Your Information: Any private personal data that you provide in connection with your use of the Paid Services, including, without limitation, any data provided in connection with payment, will be processed in accordance with the Gan Jing World Privacy Policy. Gan Jing World may share your payment information with third-party payment service providers to process payments; prevent, detect, and investigate fraud or other prohibited activities; facilitate dispute resolution such as chargebacks or refunds; and for other purposes associated with accepting credit and debit cards. It is your responsibility to ensure your banking, credit card, debit card, and/or other payment information is up to date, complete and accurate at all times. When you make a payment for a Paid Service, we may receive information about your transaction, including the time of the transaction, the time a subscription will expire or auto-renew, the platform you used for the purchase and other information.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation of Subscriptions: If you purchase a subscription for a Paid Service with automatic renewal, you may cancel it at any time before the current billing cycle ends. The cancellation will take effect at the end of that billing period. You will retain access to the Paid Service from the time you cancel until the start of the next billing period. No refunds or credits will be provided for any remaining days in your current billing period.

No Refund: All payments for Paid Services are final and not refundable or exchangeable, except where the Paid Service is defective, or as required by applicable law. Gan Jing World does not guarantee the nature, quality, or value of a Paid Service or the availability or supply thereof. There are no refunds or credits for any unused or partially used Paid Service. If videos or features related to your Gan Jing World purchases or rentals become inaccessible, you may be eligible for a refund. If a refund is granted, we'll remove access to the content or paid services.

4. License

Upon completing a transaction or paying the relevant fees for a Paid Service, you are granted access to use that Paid Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes only, and provided you comply with the Terms and applicable laws. Your license to the Paid Services, including of any content offered through the Paid Services, is non-exclusive. All rights, titles, and interests not expressly granted to you in these Terms are retained by Gan Jing World and its licensors. You agree not to use any portion of the Paid Service for public presentations, even if no fee is charged (unless such usage does not infringe upon copyright). We may automatically remove Content from your account after the end of its Viewing Period.

5. Changes to Terms, Paid Services and Pricing

Changes to Terms: Gan Jing World may update these Paid Service Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes to our services or our business model (e.g., add new products or features or remove old ones); for legal, regulatory, safety or security reasons; or to prevent abuse or harm. The changes to the Paid Service Terms will not be retroactive and will be effective immediately. We will provide you with reasonable advance notice if we make material changes to the Paid Services Terms of Service. By continuing to access or use the Paid Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the updated Gan Jing World Paid Service Terms of Service. The new terms will apply to your use of all Paid Service content (including content you have purchased in the past) and all subsequent purchases. If you do not agree to abide by these or any future Paid Service Terms of Service, you should not use or access (or continue to use or access) the Paid Services.

Changes to Paid Services: Gan Jing World is constantly developing new features and ways to improve our services, and we may modify the Services (including the Paid Services) as set out in the Terms at our discretion. We may stop, permanently or temporarily, providing you or users with the Paid Services or any features within the Paid Services with or without notice. Gan Jing World is not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Paid Services.

Removal or Unavailability of Content: The availability of content on a Paid Service may change from time to time, including when content within a Paid Service becomes limited or unavailable due to restrictions from our partners who license us that content, or for legal or policy reasons.

For rentals of content: if content becomes removed or unavailable during your rental period, you will be entitled to either a refund or to a reasonable replacement.

For purchased content: if the content becomes removed or unavailable during the first five years after your purchase, you will be entitled to a pro rata refund or a reasonable replacement. After such five year period, purchased content may become unavailable due to a variety of reasons including content provider licensing restrictions or for other reasons, and Gan Jing World will not be liable to you if purchased content becomes unavailable for further streaming.

For subscription content: the subscription services, the extent of available Subscription Content, and the specific titles available through subscription services (e.g. GJW+ streaming service), may change over time and by location without notice (except as may be required by applicable law). We make no guarantee as to the availability of specific Subscription Digital Content or the minimum amount of Subscription Digital Content available in any subscription.

Changes to Pricing: You acknowledge that prices for Paid Services, including recurring subscription fees, are subject to change from time to time, for example, to reflect inflation, changes in applicable taxes, changes in pricing from our licensors, changes for promotional offerings, changes to the Paid Services or changing business needs. Gan Jing World does not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price reduction or promotional offering. Gan Jing World will provide reasonable advance notice of any material change to the pricing for Paid Services with recurring payments, excluding pricing changes due to changes in applicable taxes. For subscription services, price changes will be effective at the beginning of the next subscription period after the price change date. If you do not agree with a price change, you can cancel the subscription before the price change goes into effect.

6. Termination and Restrictions

Application of Gan Jing World Terms of Use: YOU MUST ALWAYS FOLLOW AND COMPLY WITH the Gan Jing World Terms of Use, including your use of the Paid Services and features. Failure to follow and comply with the Gan Jing World Terms of Use may result in the cancellation of your Paid Services. Any such cancellation will be in addition to, and without limitation of, any enforcement action that Gan Jing World may take against you pursuant to the Gan Jing World Terms of Use. In such instances, you may lose the benefits of your Paid Services, and you will not be eligible for a refund for any amounts you have paid (or pre-paid) for Paid Services.

Termination to Access to Paid Services: Gan Jing World reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to Paid Services at any time for any reason without liability. For example, your access may be suspended or terminated if:
a. Gan Jing World believes that you have violated the Terms, or your use of the Paid Service(s) would violate any applicable laws;
b. Gan Jing World is requested to terminate your access to Paid Service by any competent court of law, regulatory authority, or law enforcement agency;
c. Gan Jing World has unexpected technical or security issues;
d. You create risk or possible legal exposure for Gan Jing World;
e. Your account should be removed due to unlawful conduct;
f. Your account should be removed due to prolonged inactivity; or
g. Our provision of the Paid Services to you is no longer commercially viable.

Paid Services Are Non-Transferable: Your purchase of a Paid Service will apply solely to the account you were using when you purchased the Paid Service. If you have or control multiple accounts and want access to Paid Services on each account, you must purchase the Paid Service on each account individually.

Restrictions and Obligations: You may only purchase and use a Paid Service to the extent that you can legally purchase and use the Paid Service in your country, and you live in a country supported by the Paid Service. Gan Jing World may restrict the ability to access or purchase a Paid Service in certain countries. Gan Jing World reserves the right to update the list of supported countries from time to time. Gan Jing World reserves the right to decline Paid Services transactions or cancel or discontinue the sale or use of a Paid Service at our sole discretion. You may not allow others to use your Gan Jing World account to access any Paid Service. You may not purchase or use a Paid Service if you are a person with whom U.S. persons are not permitted to have dealings pursuant to economic sanctions, including, without limitation, sanctions administered by the United States Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control or any other applicable sanctions authority (“Prohibited Person”). This includes, without limitation, persons located in, or a citizen of, or ordinarily resident in, the following countries and regions: Cuba, Iran, the Crimea Region of Ukraine, North Korea, and Syria. You represent and warrant that you are not a Prohibited Person. YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU WILL USE PAID SERVICES ONLY FOR LAWFUL PURPOSES AND ONLY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TERMS. You may not use the Paid Services in an illegal manner or for an illegal purpose; You may not get around, reverse engineer, modify, disable, or otherwise tamper with any security technology that Gan Jing World uses to protect the Paid Services or encourage or help anyone else to do so; You may not access the Paid Services other than by means authorized by Gan Jing World; or You may not remove any proprietary notices or labels on Paid Services (e.g., watermarks).

Gan Jing World Paid Service Usage Rules

As described in the Gan Jing World Paid Service Terms of Service, how you access or use different types of Paid Services on Gan Jing World may vary. The usage rules applicable to each type of Paid Service are detailed below, and may change over time as we add new features, devices and content to our service. You may also visit the Gan Jing World Help Center for more information.

Movies and TV Shows Rentals and Purchases

You must be 18 years or older to buy or rent.
You can buy or rent movies and TV shows on certain devices only.
Availability of individual titles varies by location and may change over time.
You will need an internet connection to watch your rented or purchased content.
For some videos, different prices for different resolutions may also be available. Playback of HD and UHD titles are only available on certain supported devices and internet speed.

General: Certain types of Paid Services allow you to purchase or rent individual Movies or TV shows made available by third parties. You may view rentals or purchases when online, with a broadband connection and logged onto your Gan Jing World account. Due to restrictions from our content providers, purchased or rented content may not be available for purchase in all countries or outside of your home country.

Rental Content: When you rent content, you have 30 days to start viewing it. Once you've started, you may view such item of content an unlimited number of times during the rental periods displayed at the time of your payment ("Viewing Period") and noted in your confirmation email. Rental periods are usually 48 hours, but the final page of checkout for a rental will note the length of your rental period. Pausing, stopping, or rewinding an item of rented content will not extend your applicable Viewing Period. Each item of rented content may have a different Viewing Period, so please review the Viewing Period before you complete your transaction.

Purchased Content: When you purchase an item of content, your content will be stored in a digital locker and you may view it an unlimited number of times for during your Locker Period. The “Locker Period” will be for at least 5 years from the date of your purchase (subject to the restrictions described in the Gan Jing World Paid Service Terms of Service). Each item of purchased content may have a different Locker Period and you agree to the Locker Period before you order it. Pausing, stopping, or rewinding purchased content will not extend the Locker Period. As noted in the Gan Jing World Paid Service Terms of Service, if an item of purchased content becomes unavailable during the five-year period from the purchase date, you may request a refund.

No Refund: All transactions for Purchased Content and Rental Content are final and not refundable or exchangeable, except as set forth herein, where the Paid Service is defective, or as required by applicable law.

GJW Premium Additional Terms

By participating in the recurring subscription service from GJW Premium, you agree that your participation will be governed by and subject to these GJW Premium Terms and Conditions, the Paid Service Terms of Service, Gan Jing World Terms of Use, Gan Jing World Community Guidelines, and all policies incorporated therein (“Terms”), including the following GJW Premium Terms and Conditions:

1. GJW Premium Description. GJW Premium (including Premium Individual, Premium Business, Premium GJW+) is a set of recurring subscription services from Gan Jing World that provides access to certain features, benefits, and/or services, as described here. Your subscription to GJW Premium will automatically renew until canceled in accordance with the Terms, including these GJW Premium Terms and Conditions.

2. Sign-up, Managing Your Account, Payment Process and Pricing, and Auto-Renewal.

a. Sign Up. You must be logged into your Gan Jing World account to sign up for a GJW Premium subscription. You may sign up and pay via Stripe, Gan Jing World’s third-party payment partner, using a web browser at GanJingWorld.com.

b. Managing Your Account. You can manage your subscription on Stripe, which can be accessed via the Gan Jing World website within your Gan Jing World Channel settings.

c. Payment Process and Pricing. Gan Jing World sets the price of a GJW Premium subscription. If you purchase a GJW Premium subscription, you do so by paying a subscription fee in advance on a recurring basis. By subscribing to GJW Premium, you expressly agree that you are authorizing recurring payments, and that payments will be made by the payment method you have selected until the applicable GJW Premium subscription is canceled by you or by Gan Jing World. Your payment information will be automatically processed at the start of each subscription period. If your payment information is declined, you must provide new payment information for your GJW Premium subscription, or your subscription will be canceled. If your payment account is successfully charged using your new payment information, your new GJW Premium subscription period will be based on the original renewal date and not the successful charge date. You will not receive refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods, including when certain features, benefits, and/or services are modified or discontinued. SUBSCRIPTION PLANS ARE PRE-PAID, NON-REFUNDABLE (UNLESS REQUIRED BY LAW), AND AUTOMATICALLY RENEW AT THE END OF EACH SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD UNLESS THE SUBSCRIPTION IS CANCELLED FOLLOWING THE CANCELLATION PROCEDURES BELOW.

3. Cancelling Your Subscription. You can cancel your GJW Premium subscription at any time. You may cancel your subscription via Stripe, which can be accessed via the Gan Jing World website within your Gan Jing World Channel settings once you have logged into www.ganjingworld.com. Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before your subscription period ends. If you cancel your subscription, your subscription will remain active from the time you cancel until your current subscription period ends. You will not receive a refund or credit for any remaining days in your current subscription period unless required by law. Additional terms below apply to users living in a European Union (“EU”) Member State or the United Kingdom.

4. Withdrawal Rights and Refunds for Users Living in the EU or United Kingdom. When you purchase a GJW Premium subscription, you expressly agree that the subscription will commence immediately on your date of purchase. If you are a consumer in an EU Member State or the United Kingdom, you agree you have fourteen (14) days after your purchase to withdraw from your contract for purchase for any reason. If you purchased your GJW Premium subscription using Stripe, you can exercise your right of withdrawal by following the instructions for canceling your contract and requesting a refund.

5. No Withdrawal Right for Users Living in Taiwan. When you purchase a GJW Premium subscription, you expressly agree that the GJW Premium subscription will commence immediately on your date of purchase and that the online services are fully performed once begun. If you are a consumer in Taiwan, you agree that you can cancel your GJW Premium subscription under Section 3 above, and you will not receive a refund or credit for any remaining days in your current subscription period.

6. Consumer Complaints for Users Living in Indonesia. If you live in Indonesia, you may submit complaints to the Ministry of Trade at https://www.lapor.go.id/instansi/kementerian-perdagangan. 7. Owner Multiform Hashtag Aggregation Page

a. Owner Hashtags Guidelines. Owner hashtags are unique, and no two users can share the same owner hashtag. Gan Jing World does not allow duplicate hashtag names. You may only own hashtags that are not already in use within the Gan Jing World platform (“Platform”). Users are encouraged to use relevant and meaningful hashtags that enhance the quality and relevance of content on the Platform.

As a GJW Premium Business subscriber, you can register up to five (5) Owner Hashtags under your subscription plan. After each hashtag is reviewed and approved, it will appear on your premium business channel’s “#Hashtags” Tab, where you can manage content under your Owner Hashtags (pin or hide content). If you cancel your subscription, the “#Hashtags” Tab and your Owner Hashtags will no longer appear in your channel after the end of your current subscription period, and you will not be able to manage the content under those hashtags. However, if you renew your subscription later, you can register and reactivate the Owner Hashtags you previously owned under the same channel. The previously owned Owner Hashtags will undergo the same review process as new registrations.

Owner hashtags must adhere to Gan Jing World’s Community Guidelines. Examples of hashtags that are not permitted include but are not limited to hashtags that are considered overly broad, unrelated to the content, or violate applicable laws; hashtags that do not meet Gan Jing World’s Community Guidelines; hashtags used to impersonate Gan Jing World, Gan Jing World staff, or Gan Jing World system messages; hashtags used to impersonate an individual, group, or organization; hashtags that attack other people or promote hate; or hashtags that contain sexually explicit language.

If you select an owner hashtag for your Premium Business channel, Gan Jing World may change it if we believe the change is appropriate or necessary (e.g., if it infringes someone’s intellectual property, impersonates another user, or otherwise violates Gan Jing World’s Terms including the Premium Channel Terms and Conditions.

Gan Jing World employs automated filtering mechanisms to identify and flag owner hashtags that are overly broad or violate the owner hashtag guidelines. Hashtags that are flagged may be subject to review and potential removal. Gan Jing World will review hashtags for compliance with these guidelines. Decisions made by Gan Jing World are solely at our discretion.

Violations of the owner hashtag guidelines may result in temporary or permanent suspension of hashtag privileges, removal of owner hashtags, or other actions as deemed appropriate and necessary by Gan Jing World. Gan Jing World reserves the right to update the owner hashtag guidelines as needed to reflect changes in the Gan Jing World Community Guidelines or the Platform requirements.

Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using hashtags on the Platform. Gan Jing World reserves the right to terminate or suspend a user’s access to hashtag features or the entire Platform for violations of our Terms.

By using owner hashtags on Gan Jing World, you agree to abide by the hashtag guidelines herein and Gan Jing World Terms of Use, Gan Jing World Community Guidelines, and all policies incorporated therein. Failure to comply may result in the removal of hashtags or other actions, as outlined herein.

b. DISCLAIMER. You understand and acknowledge that Gan Jing World does not endorse, support, represent, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content or communications posted via the Owner Multiform Hashtag Aggregation Page feature or endorse any opinions expressed therein. Gan Jing World is not responsible for any content contained in or accessed on the Owner Multiform Hashtag Aggregation Page. Such content is the sole responsibility of the channel owner.

8. Live streaming. Through the live streaming in GJW Premium Business channel feature, you may live-stream content (the “Live Content”) through your Gan Jing World channel, and you may be provided with the option of archiving the Live Content for subsequent viewing (the “Archived Content”). The Live Content must comply with the Gan Jing World Community Guidelines. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Terms, you represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights for the exploitation of the Live Content Gan Jing World throughout the world, including, without limitation, music licensing rights from artists, record labels, publishers (including public performance licenses) and any other royalty participants. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations regarding the Live Content. Further, you represent and warrant that you have satisfied all regulatory requirements in the Live Stream Territory, including without limitation all licensing, registrations, or notification requirements, and will maintain such licenses (including any broadcast licenses), registrations, consents, notifications, or approvals for the duration of your use of GJW Premium Business channel feature.

9. Promotions. On occasion, Gan Jing World may offer special promotions or free trial periods (a “Promotion”) for GJW Premium. Unless specifically noted, these Terms will apply to such Promotions. Any additional terms to these Terms will be disclosed at sign-up or in other communications made available to you prior to sign-up. Restrictions may apply to the availability of Promotions. Certain features and benefits of the full GJW Premium subscription may not be available or may be limited during the Promotion period. You are solely responsible for reviewing any additional terms governing your use of a Promotion. At the end of the Promotion period, your GJW Premium subscription will automatically renew, and you will be charged the subscription fee (as indicated at sign-up) on a recurring basis. TO AVOID ANY CHARGES AFTER A PROMOTION, YOU MUST CANCEL BEFORE THE END OF THE PROMOTION PERIOD BY FOLLOWING THE CANCELLATION PROCEDURES IN PARAGRAPH 3 ABOVE (“CANCELLING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION”).

10. Operating System and Geographic Limitations. GJW Premium and its associated features and benefits may only be supported on certain operating systems and/or in certain geographic locations, meaning that if you subscribe to GJW Premium, you may not have access to the features or benefits of GJW Premium while accessing your Gan Jing World account via a system that is not currently supported by Gan Jing World or in a geographic location where the GJW Premium is not offered. Additionally, the features and benefits of GJW Premium may vary by operating system and/or country.

11. DISCLAIMER. YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT THE GJW PREMIUM SERVICE IS PROVIDED TO YOU ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. FOR EXAMPLE, THE UNDO POST FEATURE IS NOT GUARANTEED, MAY NOT ALWAYS WORK AS INTENDED, AND SHOULD NOT BE RELIED UPON AS A MECHANISM TO PREVENT SENDING A POST.
