When people ask me about my journey I always give the same answer, My goal has never been about holding a position. It has always been to serve people with honesty, discipline, and dedication.

As an Aligarh political leader I have learned that real leadership starts with listening. Every meeting, every visit, and each conversation with the people of Aligarh has helped me notice what our city truly needs. And those lessons stay with me day by day, even when things feel busy.

My beginning  

I was born into a family that valued education, discipline, and service. My father pushed me to stay honest and work with integrity. My mother gave her whole life to education and she taught me that knowledge can change lives, in a quiet but real way.

I completed my education in science and engineering. My engineering background trained me to solve problems with planning and patience. Later those abilities turned out to be useful in public life, because every choice affects thousands of people, so there’s no room for shortcuts.

My Rajeev Sharma Political Journey

My Rajeev Sharma political journey kind of didn’t start with some big senior post. Like a lot of party workers, I began at the grassroots level and kept going from there, without making it a big deal at first. I was there with local communities, I supported organizational work, and in between all that I helped strengthen booth based activities, again and again.

As the years moved on, I was given many responsibilities, District Minister, Regional Minister, Mandal Prabhari, plus election management roles and even a Booth Committee Verification Head role. Each task , each new phase taught me something different about coordination, careful planning and simple public service. Somehow it all added up, slowly.

Today I proudly serve as the Mahanagar Adhyaksh of BJP Aligarh. For me , this isn’t really just an achievement. It is more like a daily reminder, that people have placed their trust in me, and I must keep that faith steady.

My Work as a Rajeev Sharma BJP Leader

Being a Rajeev Sharma BJP leader means staying tied to people every day, not just during campaign time. Politics is not only about election day . Public service goes on , throughout the year and in real life it matters more than slogans.  

I think a strong organization creates strong service too. So I have always tried to strengthen party workers, motivate young volunteers, and make communication better with every section of society.  

Whether it is working with youth, traders , teachers or local residents, my effort has been to build trust through action, not just talking.  

Social Service Is My Biggest Responsibility  

Politics gives us a chance to serve society, and I have always felt that social work should not pause after elections. It should keep moving, quietly and consistently .  

I stay involved with educational institutions , healthcare services, social organizations, and neighborhood programs. As Director of S.J.D. Memorial Public School, Smt. Jaydevi Bal Vidyalaya, and S.J.D. Hospital & Critical Care Center , I have worked to improve education and healthcare for families in Aligarh.  

Supporting Youth and Education

Young people are kind of the future of our nation. Whenever I meet students, I tell them to dream big while still staying tied to good values, not just for now but for later too. Education should build confidence, discipline, and a solid sense of who someone is. That’s why I keep supporting schools, teacher programs, and educational activities that help students get ready for a better tomorrow.

I also urge young citizens to join community service, because real leadership starts with responsibility, even the small kinds.  

Working with the People of Aligarh  

Every road, every neighborhood, and even each village has its own needs, in a special way. I often meet residents to learn what’s really on their mind and to push for practical solutions that can actually work.

Looking Ahead

My journey is still continuing, I mean it's not over yet, there is much more to do for Aligarh.  

I want to see better education, stronger healthcare also, more opportunities for the young people, and continued social harmony. I will keep working with the same commitment that has guided me from the very beginning, without wavering.  

I thank every party worker, every supporter, and every citizen who has trusted me over these years, truly.  

As an Aligarh political leader, I remain committed to serving every part of society. My Rajeev Sharma political journey has been built on service , discipline and teamwork, like step by step. As a proud Rajeev Sharma BJP leader, I will continue working for the progress of Aligarh, and for the welfare of every family that calls this city home.
