TONEXUS has delivered multiple Alkali Recovery Furnace Flue Gas Denitration Projects for leading pulp and paper enterprises, including Asia Symbol, Jinlong, and Taisheng. These projects achieved ultra-low NOx emissions (≤40–50 mg/Nm³), featuring stable operation, low cost, and CEIA-certified low-temperature SCR technology at an internationally leading level.
Iron & Steel
TONEXUS has implemented denitration and purification projects for Baosteel Zhanjiang, Tangshan Ruifeng, and Shanxi Taigang, reducing NOx emissions from 300–800 mg/Nm³ to below 30–150 mg/Nm³. With advanced low-temperature catalysts, TONEXUS ensures efficient, stable, and compliant flue gas treatment across steel and lime kiln industries.
Power Plant
TONEXUS has delivered environmental projects for Ningguo Chuanneng, Liuzhou Iron and Steel, and Shanghai SUS Environmental, achieving ultra-low NOx (≤50–75 mg/Nm³) and SO₂ (≤30 mg/Nm³) emissions. Nonferrous Metals
TONEXUS completed denitration projects for Chinalco Shanxi, Hubei Zhenhua, and Qingdao Almatis, achieving NOx ≤50 mg/Nm³ and reducing up to 416 tons/year of emissions. These systems feature stable performance, low operating costs, and efficient ammonia control, ensuring clean and sustainable industrial production.
Other Industries
TONEXUS completed low-temperature SCR denitration projects for Huapeng Glass, Zibo Kapoor Ceramics, and Shandong Dongyue Chemical, reducing NOx from 500–3,000 mg/Nm³ to 100–500 mg/Nm³. The systems feature high denitration efficiency (38–82%), stable operation, low costs, and easy maintenance.
CCUS
TONEXUS completed carbon capture and CO2 purification projects for Tangshan Yannan Cement Plant, Liaocheng Xinfafa Haoji Power Plant, a large China state-owned shipbuilding group, and Zhejiang University, including 5,000 t/d cement kiln CO2 capture, 100,000 t/year CCUS, and CO2 absorption solvent applications, demonstrating stable performance and high-quality CO2 recovery.
