本校近日發現有不明人士於網路社群及通訊軟體，盜用「蔦松藝術高級中等學校」名義發布虛假徵才資訊，招募「考場現場工作人員」。針對此類惡意誤導、詐騙校譽之不實資訊，本校特此嚴正聲明如下：

一、 訊息內容全屬虛假

該不實訊息宣稱於115年4月18日在本校舉辦藝術盛事並徵募日薪工作人員。經查，本校並未發布此類招募訊息。

二、 校址資訊錯誤

該訊息誤指本校位於「南投縣埔里鎮」，本校正確地址為雲林縣水林鄉松北村一之一號。此明顯錯誤足以證明該訊息為惡意造假，意圖誤導民眾並蒐集個人個資。

三、 官方招募管道說明

本校所有教職員工或活動工作人員之甄選，均會透過本校官方網站、雲林縣政府教育處或行政院人事行政總處事求人系統公告。本校絕不會透過非官方之 Google 表單（forms.gle）或私人社群連結進行未經核實的臨時人員招募。

四、 嚴正警告與法律責任

此類冒名行為已嚴重毀損本校名譽，並可能涉及詐騙、違反《個人資料保護法》及《刑法》之偽造文書罪與詐欺罪。本校已蒐集相關證據，並保留法律追訴權，將視情節移送警察機關偵辦。

五、 提醒大眾提高警覺

Clarification Regarding False Online Recruitment Information

Yunlin County Niaosong High School of the Arts has recently discovered that unknown individuals have circulated false recruitment messages through online groups and messaging platforms, fraudulently using the school’s name to recruit “on-site examination staff.”

In response to this malicious misinformation and the falsification of school details, the school hereby issues the following clarification:

1. The Information Is Entirely False

The false message claims that a daily-paid staff recruitment will be conducted on April 18, 2026, for a major arts event to be held on campus. Upon verification, the school confirms that no such recruitment announcement has been issued.

2. Incorrect School Information

The message falsely states that the school is located in “Zhushan Township, Nantou County.” The correct address of the school is: No. 1-1, Songbei Rd., Shuilin Township, Yunlin County, Taiwan (R.O.C.). This factual error clearly demonstrates that the information was deliberately fabricated with the intent to mislead the public and collect personal data.

3. Official Recruitment Channels

All selection announcements for faculty, staff, or event personnel will be published only through the school’s official website, the Yunlin County Government Department of Education, or the DGPA Job Search (事求人) maintained by the Directorate-General of Personnel Administration, Executive Yuan. The school will never conduct any unverified temporary personnel recruitment through unofficial Google Forms (forms.gle) links or private social media groups.

4. Legal Warning

This act of impersonation seriously damages the school’s reputation and may constitute fraud, violations of the Personal Data Protection Act, and criminal offenses such as forgery of documents. The school has collected relevant evidence, reserves the right to pursue legal action, and will report the matter to law enforcement authorities for investigation.

5. Public Reminder

Teachers, students, parents, and members of the public are urged not to click suspicious links, not to provide personal information, and not to transfer money, in order to avoid scams.
