Gingerbread Ingredients:
Makes 15-18 large cookies.
3 ½ cups flour (438 g.)
1 Tablespoon Corn Starch
1 Tablespoon Ground Ginger
1 Tablespoon Ground Cinnamon
¼ teaspoon Ground Cloves
½ teaspoon Kosher Salt
6 Tablespoons Butter, softened
2/3 Cup Dark Brown Sugar (135 g.)
1 Egg (room temperature)
2/3 Cup Molasses (215 g.)
2 ½ teaspoons Vanilla Extract
