汪家智註冊脊醫(脊骨神經科醫生）為大家講解及教更多A型和B型寒背（駝背）。之前Dr. Joe說過寒背可分為兩種， A型或B型。A型寒背通常發生在長者，因為涉及退化， B型就是青年至中年人居多，通常都涉及勞損，另外B可能出現富貴包的問題。如果做適當的治療及運動就可以改善寒背。大家不妨跟我一齊，但記住，量力而為。

In this video, Dr. Joe talked about the slouching posture. It is divided into two types, A and B. Type A is usually found in seniors because it is involved with degeneration, and B type usually occurs in teenagers up to people in their mid-40s and is caused by daily overuse and poor postural habits.  Slouching can cause serious problems to the back, knee, hips, low back, heel and feet. It’s because there is an imbalance shift of pressure onto the joints and muscles. In this video, he will demonstrate more corrective exercises for Type A and B slouching conditions.
