孔海燕
我是來自香港的評委，在香港多年早有耳聞台灣是一個重視文化的地方，台灣每年都舉辦許多不同的主題性繪畫比賽。在這次比賽中，看到了很多參賽的小畫家們的畫作，讓我非常感動。
一個人在一生經歷中，最難忘的是有關家鄉的記憶和故事，這次看到不少以家鄉為題材的創作作品；還有一些作品告知觀眾要關心承傳我們的傳統道德「尊老愛幼」; 也有作品以推動「保護環境」為題材，告訴大家愛家鄉，要努力維護我們的故土，維護我們的現在生活地方; 也有發揚愛心的作品，宣揚「愛護動物」提倡博愛精神等等等…
這次比賽有很多不同樣性的社會公益題材繪畫，看著大家在實現繪畫藝術真善美的同時，也在幫助人們提高了愛心、公益善舉和道德。
繪畫是視覺藝術中最直觀的語言，一幅作品給觀眾的影響也是最直接的。雖然美術作品不是文字或文章，但藝術形象會說話，眼觀就可使得人們去看去領悟畫中的含義。
謝謝世界各地的參賽者，也為你們的付出鼓掌，更加感謝此次賽事主辦委員會給我機會參與評選，並且欣賞了這樣多的好作品。

學歷：
1995年9月至1997年7月中央美術學院油畫系助教進修班二年碩生研究生主要課程結業。
1989年至1993年 北京中央美術學院油畫系本科畢業, 獲學士學位。
工作經歷：
1999年至2005年任教於北京東方文化藝術學院。任教期間擔任繪畫科系基础教學。油畫系專業技術技巧輔導教學。色彩學理論知識教學。
並開設二門新課：專業素描，專業色彩。
同時擔任學院中國大陆國際商業美術師認證證書的色彩科的指導教授。

1996年北京雪白畫廊邀請展孔海燕--北京雪白畫廊。同年臺灣《藝術家》雜誌報導該畫展。
1993年孔海燕油畫個展--北京中央美術學院畫廊。個展期間北京中央電視台，中央電視台國際新聞台，北京電視台報導個展訊息。

EDUCATION
From September 1995 to July 1997:
Completed the master's degree program for teaching assistants in the Oil Painting Department of the Central Academy of Fine Arts.
1989-1993：
Graduated from the Oil Painting Department of the Central Academy of Fine Arts in Beijing with a bachelor's degree.
WORK
From 1999 to 2005：
Taught at Beijing Institute of Oriental Culture and Arts. During her teaching career, served as an art teacher in oil painting department, provided professional technical skills coaching.and color theory knowledge.
And two new courses were opened: professional sketching and professional color.
At the same time, she served as the instructor of the color course for Mainland China International Commercial Artist Certification Certificate.
SOLO EXHIBITION
In 1996, she was invited to exhibit at Beijing Snow White Gallery. In the same year, Taiwan's "Artist" magazine reported this exhibition.
In 1993, she held an oil painting solo exhibition at Central Academy of Fine Arts Gallery, Beijing. During the solo exhibition, Beijing CCTV, CCTV International News, and Beijing TV reported the solo exhibition.

1994: The oil painting "Dream Red" was selected into the "Chinese Oil Painting Annual Exhibition" of the National Art Museum of China.

AWARD
In 2019, the oil painting "April 25, 1999" participated in the 5th NTD International Figure Painting Competition and won the first place gold medal.
In 2014, the oil painting "Wish" was selected into the 4th NTD International Figure Painting Competition and won the Outstanding Humanities Award.
