As we step into the Winter Solstice portal, which opens on 12-21, it would help to prepare for this powerful energy that is very unique from any Winter Solstice portal we've had in 10 year. 2024 begins a new ten year cycle of dharmic potential, and we don't want to carry pain from our ancestors with us into the New Year and new 10 year cycle. 

Here are some of the ancestral wounds we could stand to release that are holding us back as a collective and individually:

Addictions to Drama Trauma cycle

Addiction to validation and approval as a means of evidencing the I AM

Addiction to cycle of time (birth and death cycles and celebrations of pain)

Addiction to Divine Feminine toxicity as a means of coping and protecting ourselves from toxic masculine energies.
