Tired of Making the Traditional Cordon Bleu? This Cordon bleu recipe is much easier to do, No need to refrigerated and No Need to use Tooth pick or Cling wrap / Plastic. Cordon Bleu Bites or Balls is made of Chicken Breast, Ham, Cheese, seasoned with salt, paprika  garlic powder, then coat with Flour, Egg and Breadcrumbs then deep fried. We Also make the Cordon bleu White Sauce.

Ingredients:
500 grams Ground Chicken
4 Pieces Sweet Ham
2 Pieces Egg
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 & 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
White Pepper
1 teaspoon Paprika
Bread Crumbs
All Purpose Flour

White Sauce:
3 Tablespoon Flour
2 Tablespoon Butter
250 ml Milk
White Pepper
1 teaspoon Salt
