Ukrainian drones crush Russian positions on Tendra Spit and Dnipro shoreline

Russian forces in the south of Ukraine are facing a significant expansion of the strike zone as hostilities continue. Maritime drones operated by the Barakuda unit have launching recon-naissance UAVs to areas that were previously beyond surveillance. Once additional intelli-gence is collected, FPV drone crews quickly receive target coordinates, enabling strikes against Russian positions on the Tendra Spit and along the Dnipro shoreline. The coordinat-ed efforts of the Barakuda, Garuda, and 1st Group Company units continue to expand the operational area where the Russian forces can no longer consider themselves safe. Video footage released in social media shows the operation by the Barracuda unit, which after re-ceiving reconnaissance information, sends several drones to the designated area. Reconnais-sance drones transmit the enemy coordinates, after which FPV drones rose into the sky and delivered precision strikes on designated targets. Ukrainian drone units have reportedly car-ried out a series of strikes against Russian military positions on Tendra Spit, a narrow sand-bar in the northwestern Black Sea that has been used by Russian forces for surveillance, air-defence and logistical activities. Tendra Spit occupies a strategically significant location near maritime routes and the approaches to the northwestern Black Sea. Russian forces have used positions on the spit to monitor Ukrainian activity, support operations in the coastal re-gion and maintain a military presence in waters north of occupied Crimea.
