"Guardians of Red Boat" revolves around Wang Huiwu, a brave, fearless and quick-witted young revolutionary woman in the 1920s who represented the country's new female spirit, taking audiences down memory lane and vitalizing the country’s “red” history.

《乡绅交易》选自中国歌剧舞剧院原创大型民族舞剧《#秀水泱泱 》，以男子双人舞的形式再现了守旧势力暗中交易，企图打压女子学堂、阻止新思想发展的情景。
