New York City Mayor Eric Adams has come out this week and warned that there is nothing they can do to stop migrants from sleeping on the streets. "It's breaking down, you’ve seen the cuts to the budget,” she told Sky News host James Morrow “You know key sectors of the government there – the education system, the sanitation system, things that people really do need.
