So India is often referred to as diabetes capital of the world due to rapidly growing diabetes in our country. So genetic predisposition is nothing but Indians have more concerns towards to the type two diabetes where the Indian genetic predisposition leads to the patient or a person towards to developing the type two diabetes. So the second foremost thing is changing lifestyles the modernization and urbanization and our eating habits rather than having the good food we are more prone to eat these pizzas, burgers, sandwiches all which consist of cheese mayonnaise etc all those things. So our lifestyle had become more sedentary than before so that is also one of the reason where you will develop the diabetes the next one is stress. Stress is definitely because of our regular workup and working hours we are not taking care about our health. So definitely this will have impact on increasing the blood sugar levels in any one of our body. So because of the stress we can definitely expect the increased level cases of diabetes . The next one is lack of awareness. Due to unaware or uneducated population or by knowingly okay nothing will happen. We will see even my sugar levels are in just border we will see afterwards let me control with the food all those things which cannot be controlled so easily. Certain lack of unawareness also plays a major role in developing the diabetes. Another one is limited healthare access. In our country lot of rural areas where the primary health centers or you know not developed so much. So even if a person wanted to approach medical healthare center they could not approach it. So then this is also one of the reason where population can get increase in more Diabetes. So on this Diabetes Day let embrace the idea that is diabetes is not a roadblock but a journey of strength, resilience and self-discovery. So diabetes doesn't Define us it refines us it's not a limitation it's a Liberation. This is a call a live to the life for the fullest. Love yourself unconditionally and inspire the whole world let's turn our disability into the ability. We are not merely surviving. We are really thriving so diabetes is not a disease so we have to defeat the diabetes on this day it is nothing but die beat. So you die or beat, that is nothing but your diabetes. So “beat” the diabetes. So regular screening schedule your blood sugar level checkups and other health parameters with your healthcare professionals if you have any family history you should be more cautious to schedule your Healthcare appointments. So next is healthy diet if your diet pattern is really good and limiting the carbohydrates and the protein size and the fat size all those things and limiting your food levels also will help you in controlling your sugar levels. So physical activity 100%. Definitely your physical activity will reciprocate and help you in controlling your sugar levels. So get up in the morning every day work out for 30 to 45 minutes every day and do some meditation. All those things will definitely help you in reducing your diabetes levels. So maintain healthy weight and stress management. Also Stress Management is mainly doing by yoga and as I said meditation for 10 to 15 minutes and going to the peaceful places regularly and then going to resorts or you destination places taking breaks from your work schedule also helps in reducing the stress and indirectly helps in controlling your diabetes. So limit your habits like smoking and alcohol consumption if possible definitely leave smoking and consumption of alcohol. Also if you will reduce the quantity or it will be really helpful in controlling your sugar levels and maintaining a healthy lifestyle also will definitely take you to achieve your goals certainly.
