Finished at last. A bit of paste wax and some work with the screwdriver had the Union No. 537 ready for a blade redo. Final sharpening went well following tried and true methods. The testing revealed a new wrinkle though. Perhaps the Union No. 537 isn’t finished yet?😁😎
