There are several data points that indicate Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis is preparing to have the grand jury indict Donald Trump and many others for their attempt to overturn the results of the 2020 election. Specifically, DA Willis said, "The work is accomplished. . . . We've been working for two and a half years. We're ready to go." 

Another important date point that indictments are near is the fact that there are barricades being erected about the Fulton County courthouse. 

Finally, Fulton County judge Robert McBurney just rejected Donald Trump's efforts to put a stop to the criminal case against him in Georgia. In a somewhat surprising rhetorical flourish, Judge McBurney called out Trump for his "steady stream of invective" in connection with the Georgia investigation.
