House Bill 1037 would allow family burial grounds on privately owned land; and, House Bill 1154 would safeguard churches, synagogues, and other religious institutions from unconstitutional attacks during a period of a declared state of emergency in Washington state. 

Walsh also shares information on recent bills introduced by the majority party that would infringe on constitutionally protected gun rights.
