Court Appearance For Morgan Wallen Postponed Until August

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (NEWSnet/AP) — An initial hearing for country music star Morgan Wallen was postponed until August.

Wallen is accused of throwing a chair from the rooftop of Chief’s in Nashville, Tennesee, in early April.

The singer has been charged with three felony counts of reckless endangerment and one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct.

Wallen currently is on a stadium tour. He is scheduled to perform this weekend at Nissan Stadium.
