We take copyright seriously at Gan Jing World, even though GJW does not have an affirmative obligation to monitor our service to search for infringement.
The Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the "DMCA") provides recourse for copyright owners who believe that material appearing on the Internet infringes their rights under U.S. copyright law.
If you believe in good faith that certain Content infringes your copyright, you (or your agent) may send us a notice requesting that we remove or disable access to the material.
If you believe in good faith that someone has wrongly filed a notice of copyright infringement against you, you may send us a counter-notice requesting the reinstatement of the material.
In submitting a notice or counter-notice, you understand that you may be subject to criminal prosecution for perjury and civil penalties, including monetary damages and attorney's fees if you knowingly misrepresent that certain Content is infringing.
To protect the rights of copyright holders, we also implement a copyright repeat infringer policy under which we may take action against users who repeatedly misuse our services. Please click here for details.
