Virginia Allerton, a glamorous society girl and aviatrix, changes her around-the-world flight to visit her brother, Lieutenant Allerton, stationed on the Pacific island of Palo Pango with U.S. Marines "Stripes" Thornton and "Milly" Barnes. Local smuggler Barton traps her by using her plane for his gun-smuggling operation, leading to her crash on another island. Thornton, as a stowaway on Barton's plane, and Barnes, by water in a stolen speedboat, hurry to rescue her. Inda, Barton's jealous native wife, tries to kill Virginia with poison darts from a blowgun.
