A 29-year-old named Tzafrir reads a note he wrote a decade ago and realizes he hasn't achieved any of his youthful dreams. As his 30th birthday approaches, he decides to fulfill a childhood dream by driving through Israel in an electric toy car. Hoping to discover his life's purpose, he embarks on this journey and encounters people who share their views on growing up.
